Fuel Surcharge
A Truck Express charges a fuel surcharge on each order. Diesel fuel prices will be calculated every Tuesday using the most currently released average price in the Gulf Coast area from the Department of Energy. This information can be acquired at https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/ or by calling 1-202-586-6966. Fuel surcharge schedules are provided to all customers upon enrollment.
Bobtails: The fuel surcharge is applied to the base service fee only, before any additional pallet or accessorial fees are added.
Tractors: The fuel surcharge is applied to the base service fee before any accessorial fees.
Compare Prices: Many local competitors apply fuel surcharges to the total order amount.
