Services
A Truck Express offers a variety of bobtail and tractor trailer Same Day Delivery services anywhere in the DFW Metroplex. All Bobtails are equipped with manual or electric pallet jacks. Tractors are available with electric jacks and driver assist if scheduled in advance.
Regular service is the most economical option. This service enables dispatch to route multiple orders in the most efficient manner possible. These deliveres can be picked up and delivered anytime within this service window.
Rush is our next tier of service. It is a higher priority service with faster delivery times. Any order requiring specific pickup or delivery times, or scheduled appointments, must be placed on a Rush service as these orders do not allow dispatch the flexibility to route multiple orders as with a Regular service delivery. Any order placed after 3pm, or on weekends/holidays, must also be placed on a Rush service since Regular delivery times would extend past normal business hours.
Straight Shot is our direct delivery service that is dispatched with the highest priority.
Notice: Additional time may be required for special equipment/cargo needs and posted delays.
* Deliveries called in by 11am are due by 5pm.
* Deliveries called in after 11am must me minimum Rush service or scheduled Next Day by 5pm.
** Deliveries to/from outlying zones or extended mileage may require additional time.
A Truck Express also provides special services to include the following:
- Hazardous Material deliveries
- Liftgate Service
- Warehouse moves
- Shuttles
- Existing Fleet Support for high-volume, overflow or driver vacations
- Hourly vehicle/driver (conditions apply)
- Air Freight (outbound from airport)
- Dedicated Fleet Services and Consulting
- Truckload/LTL
- Agent representative
